British Airways to add Michelin-Starred Meal into Economy

A man with a bald head and a beard, dressed in a white chef's jacket adorned with the Michelin logo and a black striped apron, smiles with arms crossed while standing in front of a large jet engine inside an industrial setting.

In a stunning move, British Airways just announced its new partnership with Michelin-Starred Chef Tom Kerridge. The new Speedbird Café offering is available for travellers as pre-purchase before their flights. This move marks a renewed focus on the short-haul traveller in an attempt to recapture audiences after the COVID. The airline will also continue offering complimentary refreshments alongside this new menu option.

A Michelin-Starred Meal

  • The Brie Ploughman’s Sandwich (Vegetarian)

The meals are available around £4-£4.50.
